Asma Feriani et Martin Tremblay se rencontrent comme collègue en 2012 sur un chantier de construction en Tunisie, où ils travaillaient pour le même employeur canadien. Elle a intégré l'entreprise First HSE World Inc. Tunisie comme responsable du développement des affaires mondiales en 2019, puis comme sous-traitante, dès 2023 chez First HSE World Inc. Forte de ses formations continues et grâce à son expérience significative en santé, sécurité et environnement sur les chantiers en Tunisie, elle trouve ses marques. Asma a également obtenu en 2008 une licence nationale en affaires financières appliquée à la Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Politiques à Sousse. Récemment arrivée au Canada, son intégration s'est déroulée sans encombre, facilitée par des contacts établis à l'avance.
Renée Tremblay, diplômée en sciences de l'Université de Montréal en 1997, est attirée par la publicité et est toujours en quête d’idées novatrices et de solutions intelligentes. Elle se consacre à perfectionner ses compétences et à maîtriser les subtilités du métier par des formations en santé-sécurité environnement. Renée a rejoint l’équipe de First HSE World Inc. en février 2024, apportant avec elle son enthousiasme. Elle a également œuvré dans le milieu communautaire, ce qui enrichit son expérience et sa perspective dans le domaine et ainsi mieux comprendre les besoins et les attentes des différents publics, ajoutant ainsi une dimension précieuse à son travail.

Renée Tremblay Assistante à la Direction
Diplômée de l’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi d’un baccalauréat en histoire en 1999, Valérie Nicolas, a poursuivi ses études en y complétant sa maîtrise, en 2011, en études et interventions régionales dans la même université. Pendant ses études, elle enseigne et s’implique dans des activités bénéfices pour divers organismes. Valérie a rejoint l’équipe de First HSE World Inc. en 2021 en tant qu'assistante administrative, où elle joue un rôle essentiel dans la mise à jour et le suivi des dossiers. Son objectif principal est de rester informée de toutes les opérations financières de l'entreprise, ce qui lui permet d'assurer une gestion efficace. Elle est également responsable de diverses fonctions, notamment les achats et le secrétariat d'entreprise.
Houda Mcharek est diplômée en Administration des Affaires de l’Institut Supérieur des Études Technologiques de Gabes en 2016. Riche de deux ans d’expérience comme assistante logistique, elle débuté en 2018 en tant que responsable administratif pour First HSE World Inc. Tunisie, où elle y travaille jusqu’en 2020. Malheureusement, la pandémie a contraint la division tunisienne à fermer ses portes. Cependant, Houda est restée un membre actif de l’entreprise First HSE World Inc. et évolue en tant que sous-traitante, occupant le poste d’assistante à la comptabilité depuis mars 2023. Elle aime bien cuisiner comme moyen de rester en forme et en santé.
